Caversham House was built in 1835. This character home was transformed into the first wedding reception centre in the Swan Valley and has catered for weddings ever since the 1960's. In 2005 the house has undergone further changes with a blend of French and contemporary style refurbishments.
These changes include a new polished jarrah bar, large French Paris crystal pendants and French Provincal Doors amongst other substantial changes.
The gazebo gardens and lawned area is exclusive to the House Reception Room.
